Details of the Job/Internship
IDP Education Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal with over 6 years of post-qualification experience to join their Gurgaon office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, vet, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements including leases, service contracts, technology and SaaS agreements, and influencer or marketing agreements.
- Oversee compliance management and ensure adherence to applicable legal and regulatory standards.
- Assist with litigation and police matters, including preparing legal notices and responses.
- Maintain comprehensive databases and trackers for agreements, litigation, and statutory matters.
- Support the business by providing strategic legal advice and documentation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a reputed university.
- Minimum 6 years of relevant in-house legal experience, with at least 2 years of litigation exposure.
- Strong understanding of legal compliances, contract management, and negotiation.
- Willingness to travel for work-related matters when required.
