Details of the Job/Internship
MyShubhLife is hiring an Assistant Manager - Legal with 1–2 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, negotiate, and structure a wide range of commercial contracts including service, partnership, IT, and SaaS agreements.
- Advise on contract renewals, terminations, and legal risks.
- Prepare contract summaries, risk reports, and stakeholder briefs.
- Handle contentious matters involving third-party suppliers.
- Liaise with internal teams and external counsel to provide clear, practical legal guidance.
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes in the payments and fintech sectors.
- Ensure compliance with governance practices and internal legal policies.
Eligibility
- LL.B. degree with 1–2 years of experience in a law firm or in-house legal team within fintech or financial services.
- Strong communication and drafting skills.
- Knowledge of fintech, payments, and money transmission regulations.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proactive and adaptable with strong problem-solving skills.
