Details of the Job/Internship

Parle Agro Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal (Compliances) with relevant experience to join their office in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Contract Management: Handle drafting, reviewing, standardizing templates, and managing renewals/terminations for franchise, manufacturing, lease, license, transportation, and C&F agreements, along with maintaining an updated contract database.
• Property Due Diligence: Conduct due diligence for new residential, commercial, and industrial properties and coordinate with authorities/private parties for transactions and registrations.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure timely renewal and application of licenses/permissions, review product labels for compliance (FSSAI, Legal Metrology, IPR), handle statutory legal proceedings, and oversee compliance across all units.
• Project Management: Manage due diligence for new project locations, obtain necessary approvals, liaise with government departments on operational issues, and identify/apply for eligible state subsidies.
• Advisory & Reporting: Provide legal guidance on contracts, regulatory matters, and promotional activities while preparing and presenting periodic compliance and contract-related reports to management.

Eligibility

• Relevant legal experience in compliance, contracts, licensing, and regulatory matters.
• Qualification: BALLB/LLB/LLM (as per the original text context).
