Details of the Job/Internship
Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd is hiring an Assistant Manager - Mediation with 2–5 years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end mediation case lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to quality standards and turnaround times (TAT).
- Develop and maintain deep subject-matter expertise in ADR/ODR, with a specific focus on Arbitration and Mediation.
- Translate evolving legal regulations and frameworks into actionable internal policies and SOPs.
- Partner with leadership to conceptualize and execute institutional mediation programs and strategic roadmaps.
- Oversee the empanelment, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring of mediators.
- Act as a professional representative in engagements with regulatory bodies such as SEBI, RBI, and various courts.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) or Master's degree in Law (LLM) is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of professional experience, preferably in ADR, ODR, or arbitration.
- Proven ability to work independently in an Individual Contributor (IC) capacity.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong background in policy development and strategic planning.
- Excellent drafting, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
