Details of the Job/Internship

Noventiq is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal and Compliance with 7–8 years of experience to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, vet, review, and negotiate agreements, amendments, and other legal documents in line with organizational policies and practices.
• Maintain the contract database, send renewal reminders, and handle contract renewals or amendments.
• Review, interpret, and analyze master service agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and vendor agreements, advising internal teams as needed.
• Assist in RFP and tender bidding by reviewing and communicating legal and commercial risks.
• Support dispute resolution and litigation management.
• Work closely with HR, Finance, Procurement, and other departments, as well as external legal counsel.
• Supervise junior corporate lawyers and legal support staff.
• Review and update internal policies and procedures to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor legislative and regulatory developments to maintain compliance.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification is mandatory.
• 7–8 years of prior legal experience as a corporate lawyer is required.
• Previous work experience in the IT industry will be preferred.
