Details of the Job/Internship

Abundantia Entertainment is hiring an Assistant Manager-Commercial & Legal with experience of 4+ years to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• The candidate will manage end-to-end development and production agreements, including cast and crew contracts, and provide legal support throughout the production lifecycle.
• Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating production agreements, assisting in licensing and co-production agreements, maintaining various trackers, and ensuring compliance with distribution agreements.
• The candidate must also be eager to learn the business aspects of dealmaking. 

Eligibility

• Experience: 4+ years.
• The ideal candidate should have a law degree with a specialization or significant experience in Media and Entertainment Law, and a proven track record in handling production-related agreements.
• Experience with negotiating platform deals with OTT platforms in India is essential. Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills are a must.
