Details of the Job/Internship

Pee Safe is hiring a Assistant Manager - Compliance & Regulatory to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor company-wide compliance and regulatory frameworks.
• Ensure all products comply with national and international regulatory standards.
• Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records for audits, inspections, and internal reviews.
• Conduct regular internal compliance audits and risk assessments.
• Provide training and guidance to internal teams on regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product, R&D, legal, and quality assurance teams to ensure ongoing compliance.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of applicable regulatory frameworks and industry standards.
• Proven experience in managing compliance programs and conducting audits.
• Excellent documentation, organizational, and project management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects within deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or related field.
• Master’s degree or certification in compliance/regulatory affairs is a plus.
• Prior experience in the hygiene, healthcare, or FMCG industry is preferred.
