Details of the Job/Internship
Palmonas is hiring a Compliance Executive to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure timely compliance with legal and statutory requirements.
- Manage and monitor regulatory filings, licenses, and registrations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure adherence to policies and governance standards.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and maintaining compliance documentation, policies, and SOPs.
- Support internal and external audits and ensure closure of compliance gaps.
- Liaise with consultants, legal advisors, and regulatory authorities.
- Track changes in laws and implement updates within the organisation.
- Maintain compliance trackers and MIS reports for management review.
Eligibility
- Background in law, company secretarial, or compliance-related fields.
- Strong understanding of retail laws and statutory compliances.
- Prior experience in handling compliance functions in a corporate environment.
- Good coordination, documentation, and analytical skills.
