Details of the Job/Internship

Trillionloans is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager - Compliance with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance & Updates

• Monitor and track all regulatory requirements, circulars, and directives issued by the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and other relevant authorities. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless compliance across business operations.

Policy Development

• Assist in drafting, reviewing, and implementing internal compliance policies, codes of conduct, and procedural manuals.

Risk Assessment & Compliance Testing

• Support in conducting periodic risk assessments and compliance testing to evaluate adherence to regulatory frameworks.

Training & Awareness

• Deliver training sessions and provide ongoing guidance to employees to enhance awareness of compliance obligations and regulatory developments.

Reporting & Monitoring

• Maintain accurate compliance records and ensure timely filings and submissions to regulatory bodies such as the RBI.

Industry Trend Monitoring

• Stay updated with regulatory and industry developments and ensure relevant changes are reflected in company policies and processes.

Eligibility

• Qualified Company Secretary (CS); candidates with an LLB will be given preference.
• 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory affairs.
• Prior experience in an NBFC or banking environment is strongly preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
