Tata Communications is hiring an Assistant Manager – Corporate Legal to join their office in Delhi. The role involves contract management, including drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial contracts such as service agreements, procurement contracts, partnership agreements, RFPs, and other legal documents. The position also requires communicating legal concepts in a simplified manner to internal and external stakeholders and collaborating with senior management, business leaders, and clients to ensure legal alignment with business objectives. The candidate will utilise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and other legal technology platforms.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate commercial contracts, including service agreements, procurement contracts, partnership agreements, RFPs, and other legal documents.
- Communicate legal concepts in a simplified manner to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with senior management, business leaders, and clients to ensure legal alignment with business goals.
- Utilise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and other legal technology platforms.
