Details of the Job/Internship
Godrej Industries Group is hiring a Senior Legal Executive with experience of 6–8 years.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documentation for commercial transactions, including supply, procurement, R&D, IT, and service agreements.
- Advise on operational and business-related legal issues.
- Draft and review policy documents and operating procedures.
- Prepare legal notices, replies, and affidavits.
- Maintain a digital database of legal records.
- Assist in knowledge management activities.
- Update stakeholders on legal developments, regulatory requirements, and compliance issues.
Eligibility
- Graduate from an accredited law school.
- 6–8 years of post-qualification experience.
- Experience in general corporate practice at a reputed law firm or in-house with MNCs or Indian conglomerates.
- Sectoral experience in manufacturing, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, or infrastructure is preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial and contract laws.
- Strong drafting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
