Details of the Job/Internship
Tata Communications is hiring an Assistant Manager – Corporate Legal to support its global Compliance Function in Mumbai. The role involves working on compliance initiatives, supporting the development and monitoring of company-wide compliance programs and ensuring adherence to key policies and regulations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting in implementing and periodically reviewing company policies and procedures related to ethics, anti-corruption, sanctions and data privacy.
- Supporting the design, maintenance and improvement of training programs on company policies and applicable regulations.
- Working on data privacy initiatives, including conducting impact assessments, reviewing data processing agreements and advising internal teams on privacy laws.
- Conducting anti-corruption due diligence for third-party intermediaries.
- Reviewing and advising on transactions from a sanctions laws perspective.
- Conducting risk assessments in key compliance areas across the company’s business.
- Performing other related duties as assigned.
