Details of the Job/Internship
Tata Communications is hiring an Assistant Manager – Corporate Legal to join its team in Delhi. The role involves contract management, including drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial contracts such as service agreements, procurement contracts, partnership agreements, RFPs, and other legal documents. The position also requires communicating legal concepts in a clear and simple manner, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to align legal support with business goals, and utilising Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) tools and other legal technology platforms.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Handling service agreements, procurement contracts, partnership agreements, RFPs, and other legal documents.
- Communicating legal concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborating with senior management, business leaders, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure legal alignment with business objectives.
- Using CLM tools and other legal technology platforms for contract and legal process management.
