Details of the Job/Internship

Tata Communications is hiring an Assistant Manager – Corporate Legal to join their office in Mumbai. The role involves drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial contracts, including service agreements, procurement contracts, partnership agreements, RFPs, and other legal documents. It requires communicating legal concepts in a simple manner to internal and external stakeholders and ensuring legal alignment with business goals through collaboration with senior management, business leaders, and clients. The position also involves using Contract Lifecycle Management tools and other legal technology platforms.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline, and negotiate commercial contracts, including service agreements, procurement contracts, partnership agreements, RFPs, and other legal documents.
• Communicate legal concepts clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with senior management, business leaders, and clients to ensure legal alignment with business objectives.
• Use Contract Lifecycle Management tools and other legal technology platforms.
