Laxmi Dental Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager – CS & Legal with 5–8 years of experience to join their office in Andheri West.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with all applicable corporate laws and regulations.
- Provide legal counsel to the organization and leadership on various legal matters.
- Stay updated with local, national, and international legal developments.
- Draft and review local and international legal agreements, ensuring legal soundness and alignment with company interests.
- Manage annual filing and act as the company’s primary point of contact for legal and secretarial compliance.
- Maintain corporate records, including board meeting minutes and resolutions.
- Prepare and file annual and periodic regulatory documents and reports.
- Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments.
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with departments such as Accounts and HR to ensure cross-functional compliance.
- Hold regular meetings with senior management to discuss legal risks and compliance status.
- Digitize and maintain proper records for transparency, legal research, and audits.
Eligibility
5–8 years of relevant experience in company secretarial and legal functions.
