Details of the Job/Internship

Pinkvilla is hiring a Manager – Ethics & Compliance with 3+ years of experience to be based at the Pinkvilla office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Serve as the single point of contact between Flipkart Ethics & Compliance SMEs and the Pinkvilla team across all compliance domains.
• Establish and maintain a compliance roadmap, tracking progress and reporting status to leadership.
• Ensure alignment of Pinkvilla’s operations, procedures, and controls with Flipkart policies and applicable laws.
• Drive strategy and execution for DPDPA, 2023 compliance as a Data Fiduciary.
• Translate regulatory requirements into actionable internal controls and business processes.
• Implement consent management, data principal rights handling, and privacy governance processes.
• Assist in drafting and operationalising data privacy policies and procedures.
• Conduct DPDPA gap assessments, risk identification, and monitoring of compliance areas.
• Support data protection impact assessments, where required.
• Coordinate compliance training programs and deliver awareness sessions across the organisation.

Eligibility

• Minimum 3 years of experience in compliance, legal, risk, or program management.
• Educational qualification as an LLB, CA, or management graduate.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to convert legal and regulatory requirements into practical business processes.
• Experience or knowledge of DPDPA, 2023 is highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Preferred certifications include CIPP/E, CIPP/APAC, or CIPM.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and ISO 27701 is preferred.
