Flipkart is hiring an Assistant Manager - Forensic Investigator with 1-3 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough and objective investigations of alleged violations of policies and the code of ethics.
• Gather and analyze evidence, including documents, emails, and witness statements.
• Maintain strict confidentiality throughout the investigation process.
• Build strong relationships with HR, Legal, and Ethics departments to ensure fair handling of investigations.
• Prepare detailed written investigation reports.
• Ensure investigations comply with applicable laws and regulations and evidence is properly preserved.
• Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in investigations.

Eligibility

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with 1–3 years of experience.
• Prior experience in investigations, legal or related roles.
• Proficiency in data analysis and report writing.

Salary/Stipend
