Details of the Job/Internship

Rubicon Research Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager with experience of 6 to 12 years to join their office in Thane.

Role and Responsibilities

• Evaluating the IP landscape for a product or technology
• Evaluating product strategies.
• Discussing patent scenarios with stakeholders and defining product strategy.
• Doing searches using various paid and free databases.
• Providing IP clearance after assessments.
• Supporting patent litigations.
• Coordinating with patent attorneys on strategy or litigation matters.
• Leading discovery work, when needed.
• Supporting assessments for product portfolio.
• Conducting evaluations for product filings in various jurisdictions including the US, Canada, UK, EU, and others.

Eligibility

• Must have 6-12 years of experience in product strategy evaluations, providing IP clearances, and supporting patent litigations in various jurisdictions including the US, CA, UK, EU and others.
• Should be an M.Pharm/PhD in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
• Good analytical skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills.

Salary/Stipend
