MPCL INDUSTRIES Ltd. (Formerly Mangali Petrochem Ltd.) is hiring a Assistant Manager – Land Acquisition with 5 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end land acquisition across multiple state jurisdictions
• Review and verify land documents, ensuring clear titles and legal soundness
• Manage and resolve land-related litigations and legal disputes
• Liaise with government authorities including Revenue Departments, District Administration, Registration Offices, and Nodal Agencies
• Obtain necessary approvals, clearances, and land allocations for ongoing and upcoming projects
• Coordinate with local bodies to facilitate conversion of land to Non-Agricultural (NA) status and manage related compliance

Eligibility

• Efficient and legally secure land acquisitions with minimal delays.
• Zero critical compliance lapses or unresolved land disputes.
• Strong working relationships with local and state government agencies.
• Timely delivery of land-related approvals for project execution.
