ReNew is hiring an Assistant Manager - Land Legal for a full-time role in Gurugram, Haryana.
Role and Responsibilities
- To conduct Title due diligence and review project related documents and co-ordinating with external counsel for completing final Title Scrutiny Report in favour of the company.
- Drafting and reviewing of drafts like sale agreements, supplemental agreements, lease agreements, addendums, adherence, sale and lease deeds, rectification deed, confirmation deeds, release deeds and any other documentation work as and when desired related to projects.
- Preparing and maintaining the title and revenue documents relating to projects in sequence and timely manner.
- Co-ordination and communication with the lending counsel ensuring that all necessary requirements are met for security creation with financial institutions.
- To gather inputs on judgements supporting the cases and prepare summary notes relating to cases.
- Litigation tracking and preparation of status report and presentations.
- Good communication & presentation skills in Kannada, English and Hindi.
