CareerBloc is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal & Compliance Secretarial with experience of 1+ year to join their office in Mumbai. This is a full-time, on-site role involving regulatory compliance, contract management, risk assessment, liaison with regulatory authorities, and providing legal guidance to internal teams, while supporting the development of policies and procedures.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure regulatory compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Manage legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct risk assessments.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities.
- Provide legal guidance to internal teams.
- Stay updated on applicable laws and regulations.
- Support the development of company policies and procedures.
Eligibility
- Qualified Company Secretary and LL.B.
- 1+ year of relevant experience.
- Strong expertise in regulatory compliance and understanding of applicable laws.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills for risk assessment and compliance evaluation.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of local legal frameworks and regulatory bodies in India is an advantage.
