Details of the Job/Internship
Rapsys Technologies Pte Ltd is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal & Compliance with relevant qualifications to join their office in Navi Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and verify legal documents including POAs, agreements, and MOUs.
- Maintain agreement trackers and utilize automation tools for document management.
- Prepare and verify notices, agendas, and minutes for meetings as per statutory requirements.
- Handle compliance filings including MGT-7, AOC-4, and XBRL forms.
- Maintain statutory registers and apply for DIN and DSC as needed.
- Coordinate with banks for credit facility renewals and guarantee management.
- Manage unhedged foreign currency positions and update authorized signatories.
- Conduct due diligence and compliance checks periodically.
- Maintain updated regulatory checklists and support merger/dividend-related activities.
- Develop SOPs and supervise reportees for accuracy.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree in Law and qualified Company Secretary (CS).
- Proficiency in legal documentation and compliance software.
- Strong understanding of corporate law.
