Details of the Job/Internship
Rubber King Tyre Private Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal & Corporate Affairs to handle legal, statutory compliance, and liaison work related to ongoing operations and new projects.
Role and Responsibilities
- Appear in court and handle criminal, civil, arbitration, Bombay Land Revenue Act, and trademark cases up to the High Court level.
- Independently manage land documentation work, including Sale Deed, Power of Attorney, Bana Khat, Possession Letter, Indemnity Bond/Declaration, 7/12 Entry, 6A Entry, Non-Agricultural Certificate, and certificates under Sections 63AA and 65C for industrial land purposes.
- Handle documentation related to Farmer Certificate, land condition conversion, and Title Clearance Certificate of properties.
- Liaise with government departments such as the Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation, Police Department, Food and Drug Control Administration, Department of Drug Price Control, Food and Civil Supplies Office, Explosive Licensing Authority, Labour Court, AUDA, Land Revenue Department, Electricity Department, and GPCB.
- Manage all industrial relations activities and personnel management tasks.
- Maintain legal records of the company and the Director’s family members.
- Safeguard confidential information of the company and the Director’s family.
- Ensure timely compliance with the Factory Act, Contract Labour Act, Gratuity Act, Bonus Act, Labour Welfare Fund, Minimum Wages Act, Payment of Wages Act, Provident Fund, ESIC, GPCB regulations, and other applicable statutory requirements.
- Submit required statements and data to regulatory bodies as scheduled.
- Liaise with all relevant government and local authorities as needed.
- Coordinate with consultants on legal, GPCB, Factory Act, court cases, IR-related issues, etc.
- Ensure hazardous waste disposal is compliant with environmental management systems.
- Manage the selection and appointment of labour contractors.
- Perform any additional work assigned by the HOD and Management to support organizational goals.
