Details of the Job/Internship

Ambak is hiring a Legal Counsel with 3–6 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Manage contract lifecycle management processes.
• Ensure compliance with RBI and BFSI regulatory requirements.
• Handle data protection and policy documentation.
• Manage labour law and multi-state compliance matters.
• Support corporate governance and due diligence activities.
• Assist in dispute resolution and risk management.

Eligibility

• 3–6 years of experience in fintech, BFSI, or corporate law firms.
• Strong drafting, review, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently manage legal workflows.
• Strong commercial understanding and structured execution skills.
• Ability to work closely with business, finance, HR, and external stakeholders.

Salary/Stipend
