Details of the Job/Internship
Nuvama Group is hiring a Legal Repository & Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) Specialist with relevant experience to oversee contract repositories and lifecycle management. The role requires expertise in contract systems, document organization, compliance tracking, and basic contract vetting.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end contract lifecycle, including initiation, execution, renewal, and termination.
- Ensure contracts are categorized, stored, and retrievable in the repository.
- Track obligations, milestones, renewals, and expirations, and alert stakeholders.
- Collaborate with business, finance, tech, and sales teams to ensure compliance.
- Maintain and update the contract repository and document management system.
- Implement best practices for storage, indexing, and metadata tagging.
- Manage the software-based central contract repository, upload executed contracts, and capture relevant data.
- Support internal teams with repository usage and best practices.
- Generate and present reports, dashboards, and KPIs related to contracts.
