Details of the Job/Internship
EXL is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal Support with at least 5 years of experience in corporate legal or paralegal work to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in corporate governance, including updating bylaws, maintaining minute books, and officer listings.
- Coordinate with external counsels and attend court hearings as needed.
- Maintain corporate data sheets and databases for legal entities.
- Provide legal advice and mitigate legal risks.
- Support corporate legal projects, including preparing Excel reports and PowerPoint presentations.
- Conduct legal research for company operations and draft documentation.
- Manage and maintain legal and secretarial records.
- Ensure compliance checks and timely submission of GRC reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams and contract management system for contract repository.
Eligibility
- B.A. or Law degree.
- Minimum 5 years of corporate legal/paralegal experience.
- Professional legal qualification preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple deadlines.
