Details of the Job/Internship
Adani Group is hiring a Site / Central Legal Executive with 3–6 years of experience in the legal domain.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage legal proceedings and follow up on pending cases across courts.
- Initiate and handle legal actions, including drafting writs, defences, submissions, and pleadings.
- File and renew caveats before relevant courts.
- Vet, draft, and review contracts, agreements, letters, and applications.
- Prepare and review notices and replies to external communications.
- Ensure compliance with laws by preparing responses to regulatory notices.
- Support departments on legal applicability of rules and regulations.
- Coordinate with government authorities and brief stakeholders on legal risks.
- Prepare MIS reports and manage the legal budget for the cluster.
- Maintain records of judgments, communications, and legal documents.
- Adopt digital tools for legal documentation and compliance tracking.
- Assist in legal strategy development and coordinate with external counsel.
- Stay updated on legal and regulatory changes impacting operations.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a premier institute.
- 3–6 years of experience in the legal domain.
