Details of the Job/Internship
Adani Realty is hiring an Executive – Litigation with 4–8 years of experience to support its litigation and dispute resolution functions.
Role and Responsibilities
- Litigation & Dispute Resolution:
- Assist in managing litigation and safeguarding the organisation’s legal interests.
- Coordinate with external advocates and solicitors for effective dispute handling.
- Support court cases, arbitration, and conciliation proceedings.
- Monitor ongoing litigation and provide updates to senior management.
- Assist in implementing dispute resolution strategies, including arbitration and conciliation mechanisms.
- Legal Operations & Compliance:
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal contracts, agreements, indemnity bonds, letters, and other legal documents, particularly related to real estate.
- Ensure legal documentation complies with applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct legal research to support drafting and provide sound legal opinions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather inputs for legal documentation.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks through careful drafting and review.
- Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders on drafting-related matters.
- Stay updated on relevant legislation, case laws, and drafting best practices.
- Ensure compliance with RERA and real estate regulatory requirements.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.).
- 4–8 years of work experience.
- Experience in litigation management within the real estate or construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of dispute resolution mechanisms, regulatory compliance, and corporate legal frameworks.
