Adani Realty is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal with 6–8 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal contracts, agreements, indemnity bonds, letters, and other legal documents, with a focus on real estate matters.
• Ensure all legal documentation is precise, accurate, and compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct thorough legal research to support drafting activities and provide well-reasoned legal opinions.
• Work closely with internal teams to collect necessary information for preparing and finalizing legal documents.
• Identify and mitigate potential legal risks through careful drafting and review.
• Offer expert legal advice and guidance on drafting-related issues to internal stakeholders.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation, case law, and best practices in legal drafting.
• Possess comprehensive knowledge of RERA and the real estate sector to ensure compliance and effective legal management.

Eligibility

• LLB or LLM degree.
• 6 to 8 years of experience working with law firms or solicitor firms.
• In-depth knowledge of contract law, regulatory compliance, RERA, and the latest laws related to the real estate sector.
• Exceptional drafting and writing skills with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
