Details of the Job/Internship
Air India SATS Airport Services Private Limited (AISATS) is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager Legal with 5-6 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and vet commercial agreements, tenders, and related legal documents.
- Prepare and review legal pleadings including notices, replies, writ petitions, plaints, written statements, and affidavits.
- Manage and coordinate litigation and non-litigation matters across various jurisdictions.
- Provide legal advice and support across civil, criminal, commercial, and labor law matters.
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements, including Industrial Relations and Labour Laws.
- Contribute to decision-making on safety, security, and risk mitigation during operations.
- Maintain legal records and support internal stakeholders in navigating legal risks and obligations.
Eligibility
- LL.B. from a recognized university (Master’s degree in Law is an added advantage).
- Must be enrolled as an Advocate with the High Court.
- 5–6 years of experience in legal practice, ideally with a mix of law firm and in-house corporate counsel experience.
- Strong background in corporate and commercial law, litigation handling, and legal documentation.
- Exposure to intellectual property matters, licensing, and commercialization agreements is a plus.
