Details of the Job/Internship
Antal International is hiring for the postion of Assistant Manager - Legal to Join their Haryana Office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal advice on Corporate, Commercial and Civil laws.
- General Commercial (Drafting and Review of Project Agreements, Review of Tender Documents, Commercial, Contract Negotiations in both Sales and Purchasing).
- Claim management (both active and passive), monitoring and handling legal disputes (litigation, arbitration) with support by external counsels, and negotiating settlements.
- Real Estate (Lease Agreements, Construction Projects).
- M&A (joint venture contract, restructuring of joint venture, share deal, asset deal, drafting/reviewing of contracts, negotiations, monitor the performance of external law firms).
- IP Matters (Technology Transfer, IPR Protection) in cooperation with internal IP counsel.
- Timely reporting to superior.
- Other tasks as may be assigned by superior.
Eligibility
- Candidate must have an LLB Degree.
- LLM Degree is an added advantage.
