Aster DM Healthcare, India is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager - Legal to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
The role involves providing legal counsel to management, managing litigation, coordinating with external legal partners, and ensuring alignment with applicable laws and regulations. Key responsibilities include drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a variety of legal documents, conducting legal research, and assisting in policy development.
Eligibility
- Expertise in Legal Documentation, Contract Review, and Legal Writing.
- Strong background in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and Corporate Governance.
- Proficient in Litigation Management and coordinating with External Legal Counsel.
- Exceptional legal research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and within a team setting.
- Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent law degree from a recognized institution.
- Active membership with a relevant bar association.
- Previous experience in the healthcare sector is a plus.
