Details of the Job/Internship

Bahwan CyberTek is hiring an Assistant Manager Legal with 5–8 years in Chennai or Bangalore.

Role and Responsibilities

Draft, review, and revise service agreements and employment contracts for HR and employment matters.
Advise on HR policies, employee operations, benefits, terminations, and disciplinary proceedings.
Ensure labour law compliance, manage employee disputes, and support internal inquiries.
Support pre-litigation, alternative dispute resolution, negotiations, and litigation management.
Liaise with external counsel and regulatory authorities.
Provide legal support for commercial contracts as required.

Eligibility

Law graduate with PQE of 5–8 years.
Experience handling HR, employment, labour matters, and commercial contracts/litigation.
Qualified attorney enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
Prior HR domain experience and knowledge of litigation advisory, with law firm and corporate experience preferred.
