Details of the Job/Internship
Bajaj Housing Finance Limited is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager Legal to join their office in Kochi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and vet legal reports and Title Search Reports (TSR).
- Vet and verify original property documents and deeds.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable legal and regulatory requirements.
- Handle day-to-day legal operations, including documentation and advisory.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external counsel as required.
- Provide legal opinions on property and loan-related transactions.
- Ensure timely resolution of legal queries and documentation issues.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution; additional certifications preferred.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in legal operations, preferably in the financial services or real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of legal compliance, property laws, and documentation processes.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and drafting skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Malayalam is mandatory.
