Details of the Job/Internship
California Burrito is hiring an Assistant Manager Legal with 2-3 years of post-qualification experience to manage legal and compliance functions at their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, labor laws, FSSAI Act, IT Act, and other applicable laws.
- Manage secretarial work including board/general meetings, statutory records, and ROC filings.
- Handle FEMA compliances including FC GPR, FC TRS, FLA forms.
- Maintain and renew company licenses.
- Manage trademark registrations and renewals.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements and contracts.
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in contracts and policies.
- Liaise with investors, consultants, and authorities.
Eligibility
- CS with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience.
- LLB.
Salary/Stipend
