Details of the Job/Internship
California Burrito is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal with at least 5 years of experience to join their office in Bengaluru.
Role and Responsibilities
- Ensuring compliance with applicable laws including Companies Act, FEMA, labour laws, consumer protection laws, FSSAI, IT Act etc.
- Organising board and general meetings, preparing agendas and minutes, maintaining statutory registers and handling ROC filings.
- FEMA compliances including FC-GPR, FC-TRS, FLA filings.
- Managing company license tracker and ensuring timely renewals.
- Trademark registration, renewals and related matters.
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating legal agreements, deeds and contracts.
- Identifying and mitigating legal risks in contracts, vendor agreements and employee policies.
- Liaising with investors, consultants, authorities and external stakeholders.
Eligibility
- LLB, CS.
- Preferred: LLB.
- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience.

Up to 10 LPA
