Drip Capital is hiring a Legal Counsel to manage commercial contracts and ensure full legal and regulatory compliance.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts in compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with legal counsel and external parties to facilitate contract processes.
• Stay updated with amendments and updates to the Companies Act and implement necessary organizational adjustments.
• Work with stakeholders to address regulatory concerns and maintain strong communication channels for company-wide compliance.
• Provide expert legal and strategic advice on new business initiatives, identifying potential legal and regulatory risks.
• Undertake additional projects and collaborate with departments to ensure legal compliance and alignment with organizational objectives.

Salary/Stipend
