Details of the Job/Internship

GRG Health is hiring a Legal Manager with 4–6 years of experience in corporate law, commercial contracting, and regulatory advisory to join their in-house legal team in Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end legal support for day-to-day business operations.
• Advise business teams on corporate and commercial legal issues, including risk assessment and mitigation.
• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements such as NDAs, vendor contracts, consultancy agreements, lease deeds, MoUs, and LoIs.
• Support compliance with company laws, RERA, and other applicable regulations.
• Ensure statutory compliance under labour, Companies Act, IT, real estate, and Shops & Establishments laws.
• Conduct compliance audits and maintain legal documentation.
• Assist in filings and correspondence with company secretary, regulators, and government departments.
• Collaborate with business, finance, HR, and operations teams on transactions and strategic initiatives.
• Maintain contract repositories, legal databases, and track obligations and deadlines.

Eligibility

• LLB from a recognized university; CS qualification is an advantage.
• 4–6 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with real estate exposure.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, property laws, RERA, Companies Act, and commercial laws.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and legal research tools.
