GTL Infrastructure Limited is hiring an Assistant Manager, Legal for a full-time on-site role at their Patna office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Preparing legal documents.
• Handling Litigation and Arbitration.
• Providing legal consulting.
• Ensuring legal compliance.
• Managing legal affairs.
• Researching laws and advising the company on legal rights and duties.
• Working closely with various departments to ensure all business operations follow legal regulations and guidelines.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or related field.
• Expertise in Law and Legal Affairs.
• Skills in Legal Document Preparation and Legal Consulting.
• Knowledge in Legal Compliance and developing related processes.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience in the agri-logistics sector is a plus.
