Details of the Job/Internship
IGP is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal with experience of 2–3 years to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including supply agreements, service agreements, MOUs, and commercial contracts.
- Provide legal support to business teams on contractual and operational matters.
- Handle trademark-related work, including filing, monitoring, and advisory.
- Ensure legal compliance and mitigate risks in business transactions.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel as required.
Eligibility
- LL.B. (Mandatory); LL.M. (Preferred); CS (Added Advantage).
- 2–3 years of experience with a non-litigation background.
Salary/Stipend
