Details of the Job/Internship

Indel Money Limited is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager Legal to join their office in Kochi. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents including contracts, agreements, and notices.
• Ensure organizational compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Provide legal consultation and support to internal departments on business initiatives and operations.
• Coordinate with external counsel on ongoing legal matters and litigation.
• Assist in developing and implementing internal legal policies and procedures.
• Conduct legal research to support the company’s decision-making and risk mitigation.
• Maintain accurate records of legal documents and correspondence.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); candidates with experience in the finance or NBFC sector will be preferred.
• Proven experience in legal compliance, consulting, and documentation.
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, regulatory frameworks, and financial services regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• High attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving ability.

Salary/Stipend
