Infosys BPM is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager Legal with 5 years of experience to join their office in Pune.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of 20+ resources within the Legal Process Management function.
- Oversee contract lifecycle management, including drafting, review, negotiation, and summarization.
- Develop and implement service quality plans to ensure adherence to compliance standards.
- Handle escalation management and ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Drive knowledge management initiatives and ensure compliance with documentation practices.
- Monitor delivery predictability and meet internal and client commitments.
- Support continuous process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
Eligibility
- LLB (Law Degree required).
- 5+ years of corporate experience in contracts and legal process management.
- Strong financial contract management and operational workflow knowledge.
- Excellent legal summarization and analytical skills.
- Proven experience in leading large teams (20+ members).
