Details of the Job/Internship
Ingram Micro is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal with over 5 years of relevant experience to join its team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves contract management, regulatory compliance, employment matters, and legal support for business operations and new initiatives.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage contracts including drafting, vetting, and finalisation of agreements and legal documents across vendors, marketing, cloud, leases, HR, and operations.
- Handle contract management and vetting of legal documents.
- Manage regulatory aspects of the company and its business.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, products, and business requirements.
- Advise management on regulatory changes impacting the business.
- Implement and monitor data protection laws and policies, including conducting training for employees.
- Manage relationships with legal teams of key vendors.
- Handle employment-related legal matters.
- Support new business initiatives and assist in the formation and modification of company processes, policies, and SOPs.
Eligibility
- Law graduate from a reputed institution.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience.
