Khushbu Auto Finance Limited (KAFL) is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager Legal with to join their office in Rajkot.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and finalize various legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Provide legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on a wide range of issues.
- Ensure company operations are compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Support and manage legal disputes, litigation, and coordination with external legal counsel.
- Conduct legal risk assessments and develop strategies to mitigate potential legal exposure.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities as required.
- Maintain updated knowledge of legal developments relevant to the finance and NBFC sector.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B.); Master’s degree preferred.
- Strong knowledge of legal compliance and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven experience in legal documentation, consulting, and corporate legal affairs..
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
