Details of the Job/Internship
Larsen & Toubro (L&T) is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager - Legal with 3-5 years of experience to join their office in Hyderabad.
Role and Responsibilities
- Drafting and vetting agreements related to:
- Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
- Third-party ticketing and payment solutions
- Last-mile connectivity
- Optical fiber sub-leasing
- Retail operations in metro stations and L&T malls in Hyderabad.
- Conducting legal due diligence for business transactions.
- Supporting business teams in contract negotiations with clients and third parties.
- Coordinating with external law firms to manage litigations and arbitrations.
- Drafting a wide range of legal documents including:
- Sub-License Agreements, Addendums, Cancellation Deeds, NDAs.
- Legal notices, replies, rejoinders, affidavits, and counters.
- Providing corporate legal advisory on operational and strategic matters.
- Maintaining and tracking litigation and arbitration status for timely updates and resolutions.
Eligibility
- LLB (mandatory); LLB + CS (preferred).
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in a reputed law firm or as in-house legal counsel.
