Details of the Job/Internship

Lattice MedTech. is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal with experience of 3–6 years to join their office in Navi Mumbai

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various agreements, including vendor, distribution, and technology contracts.
• Manage the contract MIS, focusing on the repository, timely renewals, and compliance tracking.
• Provide legal advice to internal stakeholders on commercial transactions and operational matters.
• Support management in strategic decision-making through comprehensive risk assessments.
• Coordinate with external legal counsel and monitor the progress of ongoing litigation and disputes.
• Prepare case summaries, legal briefs, and necessary documentation for court matters.
• Ensure organizational compliance with applicable laws and support the implementation of compliance frameworks.
• Maintain organized records of all statutory filings and legal documentation for audit readiness.

Eligibility

• LLB / LLM from a recognized university.
• 3–6 years of experience in corporate legal roles.
• Strong knowledge of contract law, corporate law, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Preferred: Prior experience in the healthcare, pharma, or medical devices industry.
• Ability to thrive in a compliance-heavy and fast-paced professional environment.
