Lytus Technologies is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager Legal with 5+ years of experience to join their office in Mumbai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage a variety of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Conduct legal due diligence for prospective business transactions or target companies.
- Perform in-depth legal research and ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and corporate policies.
- Organize and maintain legal records, files, and documentation in a systematic manner.
- Provide administrative and operational support to the legal team, including scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, and managing documentation workflows.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, government bodies, and regulatory authorities as required.
- Support contract negotiations and contribute to identifying and mitigating legal risks.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a Legal Manager or equivalent role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Indian laws, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an eye for detail.
- Proven ability to conduct legal research and manage legal documentation effectively.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
