Details of the Job/Internship
Navraj Group is hiring an Assistant Manager – Legal to join their legal team in Sector 58, Gurugram, for a full-time role in the real estate industry.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet legal documents, agreements, and contracts (MoUs, sale deeds, lease deeds, etc.).
- Handle RERA documentation and compliance.
- Coordinate with external legal consultants, regulatory authorities, and government offices.
- Manage property due diligence, title verification, and documentation for land acquisitions.
- Provide legal advice to internal teams on compliance, risks, and project approvals.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings, if required.
- Monitor updates on real estate and land laws.
- Maintain legal records and reports for ongoing matters.
Eligibility
- LLB (mandatory); additional qualifications in property/real estate law preferred.
- 3–6 years of legal experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of RERA, land acquisition laws, contract law, and civil matters.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with departments such as Sales, CRM, and Construction.
- Proficiency in MS Office, legal research tools, and documentation systems.
