Details of the Job/Internship
Navraj Group is hiring for the position Assistant Manager Legal with 3-6 years of experience to join their office in Gurugram.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and vet legal agreements including MoUs, sale deeds, lease deeds, and service contracts.
- Manage RERA documentation and ensure timely compliance.
- Conduct property due diligence, title verification, and support land acquisition processes.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, regulatory authorities, and government departments.
- Advise internal teams on legal risks, project approvals, and statutory compliance.
- Represent the company in legal proceedings as needed.
- Monitor and interpret changes in real estate, land, and regulatory laws.
- Maintain accurate legal documentation, records, and compliance reports.
Eligibility
- Education: LL.B. (mandatory); specialization in property/real estate law is an advantage.
- Experience: 3–6 years of relevant legal experience, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Solid understanding of RERA, land acquisition laws, contract law, and civil litigation.
- Excellent legal drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional departments including Sales, CRM, and Construction.
- Proficient in MS Office, legal databases, and document management tools.
