Details of the Job/Internship
NDTV Network is hiring for the position of Assistant Manager Legal to join their office in Noida.
Role and Responsibilities
- To draft and review agreements keeping in mind the best interests of the Company and the business requirements.
- To draft suitable terms and conditions, privacy policy, cookie policy as applicable for the website, applications, special campaigns, reward events.
- To review Company policies/procedures & regulations and ensure that they are in line with the legal framework of the country.
- To provide the necessary guidance to editorial team for ensuring compliance with law.
- To handle the IPR portfolio of the NDTV Group and coordinate with legal partners for the same.
- To protect the interests of the Company in case of any litigation and attend the hearings as required.
